Scope of Work
This opportunity involves the refurbishment of SFCCs, including detailed inspection, determination of re-useable and non-useable parts, and refurbishment in accordance with specification 96169 EB-4614. Key aspects include:
- Quality Assurance: Adherence to MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, ISO9001:2008, ISO10012, or ANSI-Z540.3, with Government Quality Assurance at the source. CDRL DI-QCIC-81110 is required prior to award.

- Configuration Control: Maintaining equipment baseline, providing drawings in C4 format, and submitting Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for Class I or II changes. Waivers/deviations require Submarine Program Manager (SPM) approval.

Submission Requirements
Offerors must provide Estimated (EST) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP) pricing, an approximate cost for new items, and a beyond repair/economical repair price. Shipping costs should not be included. Vendors will have 45 days after carcass receipt to complete a teardown & evaluation (TD&E) and submit an FFP quote for the full repair effort. If not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), the offeror must state the OEM and provide a signed letter of authorization.
