NASA/NSSC intends to issue this as a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), as KEYENCE CORPORATION OF AMERICA has been determined to be the sole provider. This notice is to determine if other organizations can perform this effort on a competitive basis. Responses will be evaluated solely for this purpose. The Government's decision not to compete this effort is at its discretion. Oral communications are not acceptable. NASA FAR Supplement Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
