Scope of Work
This requirement is for new equipment, specifically:
- One (1) Keysight ENA Series Network Analyzer (Model E5063A) with options: 1CP Rack Mount, 2H5 2-port test set (100kHz to 18 GHz), 019 Standard Data Storage, 010 Time domain Analysis, and options 722/732 (Not required GPIB/Hander IO).
- One (1) Keysight 85521A Calibration Kit, 4-in-1, OSLT, DC to 26.5 GHz, 3.5 mm(f). The equipment will support testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of RF systems, modules, and assemblies.

Submission & Evaluation
This notice is an intent to sole source under FAR Part 13.106-1(b). It is not a request for competitive quotes, but information received from other sources will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Any vendor submitting a bid must be an authorized Keysight distributor and capable of maintaining the Keysight Warranty. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Responses should be submitted via email to Annie Bohmann. Evaluation criteria are not detailed beyond the intent to sole source.

Funding is provided by FY26 Minor Improvement & Modifications (MI&M) funds. Payment and invoicing will be handled electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Various FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated by reference.
