Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide evaluation, repair, and calibration services for Keysight hardware used by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) for measurement and testing data collection.

• Evaluation Services: Identify required repairs for Keysight hardware to resume working order, test units using contractor-provided diagnostic equipment, determine components needing repair/replacement, and provide an estimate of required repairs and associated costs. Repair services will only be rendered if funding is available.

• Repair Services: Perform general maintenance and address issues identified during evaluation. Furnish labor, material, and equipment to adjust and calibrate repaired hardware in accordance with ISO 17025, including Uncertainty Bands.

• Calibration Services: Furnish labor, material, and equipment to adjust and calibrate Keysight hardware in accordance with ISO 17025, including Uncertainty Bands.

• Documentation and a certificate of conformance demonstrating successful calibration (CDRL A001).

• Shipping of hardware back to the Government upon completion of services.

• Provision of tracking information to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for each individual call.

• Certificates made available via the contractor's online portal or Infoline.

• Services to be performed at the vendor's facility.

• Requirements will be identified in individual Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) calls, with each call not exceeding $250K.

• Services must be performed in accordance with the contractor's commercial practices.

• Calibration must adhere to ISO 17025 standards, including Uncertainty Bands.

• Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided as per a list in each individual call.

• The technical point of contact for the BPA will be provided at the time of award.

• Specific TPOCs will be identified in each individual call.
