- Routine monthly maintenance, inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, repair, and component replacement in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
- 24-hour call-back service: 1-hour response for emergencies (e.g., entrapments, system-wide outages) and 24-hour response for other call-backs.
- Emergency service for major elevator problems after normal working hours.
- Supply and replacement of batteries for emergency lighting and maintenance of in-car emergency communication devices.
- Provision of spare parts (OEM or OEM-equivalent).
- Completion and signing of a detailed maintenance checklist for each visit.
- Callback service for repeat malfunctions within 24 hours at no extra cost.
