Delivery is requested within 60 calendar days after receipt of contract (ARO) to Eglin AFB, FL. Vendors are required to coordinate delivery with Government POCs at least one business day in advance. A certified sales representative must provide hands-on training and operational instruction upon delivery at no additional cost. Quotes must include a minimum 2-year bumper-to-bumper manufacturer warranty, covering parts, labor, and on-site service if applicable.

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quote.
