This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, specifically "L-380 Fireline Leadership Training." It is issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 for streamlined procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued separately.

• The core requirement is the "L-380 Fireline Leadership Training" for unit supervisors.

• The training must be designed to provide at least 50% of delivery time as exercises and simulations.

• A low student-to-instructor ratio is necessary.

• Quotes must be received on or before 03/23/2026 at 1700 CD Eastern Time.

• Quotes must be submitted electronically.

• The submission must include Company Information (Unique Entity ID, mailing address, contact details), RFQ Number, Quote Number, Quote Date, and Pricing.

• Pricing must be in Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) format and address all elements of SF 1449.

• Evaluation will be based on PRICE ONLY, confirming alignment with requirements and reasonableness of the quoted price.

• Contractor inquiries must be submitted via email by 9:00 AM Eastern Time, March 9, 2026.

• This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.

• It is NOT set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) or Small Businesses.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699, with a Small Business size standard of $16.5M.

• The performance location is the Cloquet Forestry Center, 175 University Road, Cloquet, MN 55720.
