Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The National Park Service, Point Reyes National Seashore requires laboratory water testing services for its park water systems.

• The contractor shall furnish personnel, materials, equipment, and services to provide various water analyses on samples collected by Government personnel.

• The lab must be available to run and read tests during the weekend for emergency situations.

• The scope includes the total cost to provide approximate annual laboratory tests as detailed in the document.

• The contractor/lab shall provide a schedule of values (or quote sheet) for each type of laboratory test.

• Costs include testing, sample pick-up, and reporting of results.

• Pick up samples from Point Reyes National Seashore, Buildings & Utilities Office, #75, 1 Bear Valley Rd, Point Reyes Station, CA 94956.

• Provide Chain of Custody and appropriate sample handling procedures.

• Provide and coordinate delivery of sample bottles, including labels and instructions.

• Submit test results electronically or hard copy within two (2) weeks of completion.

• Submit results via Electronic Data Transfer to https://caddw.equisonline.com/

• Immediately notify Government personnel in the event of a positive coliform sample.

• Period of Performance: Date of award (7/28/2026) through 7/27/2027. Future option years may be exercised for up to four additional years, not to exceed five (5) years total.

• Place of Performance: Samples collected from Point Reyes National Seashore water systems.

• The lab must be California State Certified.

• The lab shall be accredited under The California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) and meet applicable TNI and EPA standards.

• The lab shall also be EPA certified for drinking water testing.

• Payment will be made via electronic funds transfer through the U.S. Treasury after invoice submission through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
