Scope of Work

- Water System: Includes replacing all components in the well pumphouse (pressure tanks, flow meter, valves), installing a new 2" HDPE water main throughout the campground, and abandoning the existing main.
- Electrical System: Involves demolition of existing equipment, new grounding, low-voltage power conductors, cable conduit, box connectors, installation of new power outlet pedestals, and new circuit breakers.
- Pavement Improvements: An optional item includes repaving sections of the campground asphalt road, patching areas where the new water main intersects, and replacing existing wheel stops. Detailed construction plans (Attachment 4) and technical specifications (Attachment 5) provide comprehensive requirements for site construction, concrete work, electrical systems, and water distribution systems, including HDPE piping and seeding.
Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price contract, with the government intending to make one award. The Period of Performance is scheduled from July 1, 2026, to December 1, 2027. Bidders must adhere to the prevailing wage rates for heavy construction in Missoula County, Montana, as specified in Wage Determination MT20260067 (Attachment 6).

Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days. Performance and Payment Bonds (100% of award price) will be required within 10 days after award.
