Evaluation & Submission

Key Requirements & Coordination

The survey must be performed by a Registered Florida Surveyor and include specific details such as Metes & Bounds or Centerline Legal Descriptions, Northing and Easting for commencement/terminus points, geographic descriptions, and area calculations. A detailed drawing and traverse description are also required. All surveys must be based on new field work. A copy of only the legal description must be provided on a separate 8½ X 11 sheet. All on-site work must be coordinated with the designated POC to minimize operational impacts.
