To manage and perform landscaping and lawn care services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Office in Mobile, AL.

• Location: NWS Office, 8400 Airport Blvd., Bldg 11, Mobile AL 36608.

• Services: Comprehensive exterior grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, fertilization, weed control, fire ant control, and mulching.

• Grounds Covered: Lawns, native grass areas, gravel, plant beds, parking lots, walkways, driveways, and curbs.

• Contractor Responsibilities: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, herbicides, transportation, and other necessary services to maintain a neat and well-kept appearance.

• Environmental Requirements: Use environmentally friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable products derived from renewable sources. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) must be provided for approval.

• Personnel: All personnel handling pesticides or herbicides must be certified and licensed in Alabama. Offerors must include proof of certification/licensure with their offer.

• Services must be performed without interrupting or interfering with normal Government business operations.

• Defective services may require re-performance at no additional cost.

• Failure to correct defects may lead to contract termination.

• Contractor must maintain a neat and well-maintained appearance of all grounds and vegetation.

• Location: Mobile, AL.

• Period of Performance: Base Period (Date of Award through 05/31/2027) with four one-year option periods extending through 05/31/2031.

• Permits & Licenses: Vendor must procure and maintain all necessary permits and licenses and comply with all applicable regulations.

• Supervision: Contractor's supervisor must be on-site and enforce discipline and good order.

• Reporting: Contractor must bring noted defects, diseases, or insect infestations to the attention of the MIC or designate.

• Site Visits: Contractor must log time-in and time-out for each site visit.

• Invoicing: Monthly billing in arrears.

• Holidays: Contractor must observe specified Federal holidays.

• Security: C&A requirements do not apply; no security accreditation package is required.
