• The project is detailed in Attachment 1 (SOW) and Attachment 2 (Site Plan), which includes specific plant lists and material specifications.

• Evaluation Method: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offers will be evaluated for timeliness, compliance, technical acceptability, and price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal.
• Offer Acceptance Period: 90 calendar days from the offer due date.
• Required Submissions: Pricing for all CLINs (using Attachment 4), 2-3 documented experience references from the past five years. Technical approaches should not be AI-generated.
