Scope of Work

- Maintaining cleanliness of the paintball field and surrounding areas, and securing all supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling activities, providing promotional advertisements, and managing pricing.
- Collecting rental and resale fees, and resolving conflicts with patrons.
- Supplying and maintaining all necessary equipment, such as 150 paintball markers, HPA/CO2 tanks, ASTM certified goggle systems, paint, inflatable systems, air compressor, and retail items.

- Duration: One base year (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) plus four one-year option periods, extending through June 30, 2031.
