Quick Summary

The Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), through its PWR OLYM MABO office, is soliciting proposals for Seven Bays Lift Station Repairs at the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. This Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity (Solicitation 140P8326Q0033) requires the rehabilitation and modernization of the existing wet well and septic lift station components. Proposals are due by June 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM PT.

Scope of Work

The project involves comprehensive repairs and upgrades to the Seven Bays Marina Large Onsite Septic System (LOSS). Key tasks include:

  • Furnishing and installing a new pump level control system with five liquid level sensors.
  • Removing and replacing existing electrical components and wiring within the wet well.
  • Cleaning the wet well and applying an epoxy coating for corrosion protection.
  • Installing two submersible grinder pumps (ABS Piranha PE45-2C or approved equal), 208V, 3-phase, with a duplex stainless steel guide rail system.
  • Installing new discharge piping, transitioning from 1.5-inch to 2-inch stainless steel, and connecting to the existing 3-inch force main.
  • Replacing in-wet well copper discharge piping with wastewater-rated materials, including 316 stainless steel drop pipe.
  • Providing full startup, testing, commissioning, and documentation. The system must operate correctly, alarms must function, and no leaks should exist. Work must be completed within 45 days of the Notice to Proceed. The 1990 design values of 79 GPM @ 104' TDH are confirmed as relevant. The project will tie into the existing monitoring/notification system; remote monitoring and pump control are deferred to a future project. The "winter pump on" float is not part of this project.
