Statement of Work (SOW)

To ensure consistent, hygienic, and timely laundering of clinic surgical scrubs and jackets for the USCG Aviation Training Center (ATC) Mobile, supporting health, safety, and operational readiness.

• Provide weekly laundering services for clinic surgical scrubs and jackets.

• The Government will supply all garments; no rental or replacement is required.

• Contractor is responsible for collection, laundering, and return of up to 140 surgical scrub sets and 28 scrub jackets weekly.

• Services must comply with industry standards, USCG, and federal regulations, including OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standards.

• Garments must be returned within one week of pick-up.

• Laundering must include cleaning, sanitizing, and appropriate handling.

• Scrubs and jackets must be returned hung on hangers, not folded.

• Contractor must provide two laundry bags per week for collection and transport.
