Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to solicitation 140A232600095, effective 03/25/2026, makes the following changes:

• Options and Clauses: Adds Options 1 through 4, and incorporates FAR clauses 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services), 52.219-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract), 52.22-19 (Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year), and 52.216-2 (Economic Price Adjustment-Standard Supply).

• Option Years: Option years will be Fixed-Price Economic Price Adjustment.

• Period of Performance: The Period of Performance start date is extended from 04/13/2026 to 04/20/2026, and the end date is extended from 04/12/2027 to 04/19/2027.

• Bids Due Date: The bids due date is extended from 04/06/2026 to 04/13/2026.

• All-inclusive Firm Fixed Price quotes are required; quotes not all-inclusive will be deemed deficient.

• This acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

• Offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises that are also small business concerns, in accordance with the Buy Indian Act.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure liquid detergent and Clorox bleach for the Riverside Indian School to support student personal hygiene in the dormitories.

• Procurement of 200 units of "Ultra Fresh 6x Platinum liquid laundry detergent" (5 gallons each, 640 loads per unit, with pump).

• Procurement of 65 units of "Clorox bleach" (3-pack, 121 fl. oz. each, "5 in 1" formula).

• Two separate orders annually: a partial order on or before August 3rd, and a final order on or before February 1st each year.

• Delivery Address: BIE Riverside Indian School, 101 Riverside Dr., Anadarko, OK 73005.

• Quotes must include the product's unit price and total cost for each line item.

• Delivery is expected within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
