Submission & Evaluation

Expressions of interest without sufficient detail will not be considered. NHTSA will use responses solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. If no responses from interested firms demonstrate capability, NHTSA intends to request a proposal from NLEOMF and Below 100 on a non-competitive basis.
