This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Subpart 12.202. It is the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The government is procuring a Lawn & Snow Removal Tractor with Attachments.

• Lawn & Snow Removal Tractor + Attachments, conforming to specified Salient Characteristics.

• Delivery schedule: Desired 60 Days After Date of Contract (ADC), with a maximum acceptable of 120 Days After Date of Contract (ADC).

• Offerors must provide a technical description of offered items, including product specs/literature.

• Commercial warranty terms must be stated.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).

• Size Standard: 1,500 Employees.

• All submissions must include a completed Section 6 – 9 of the solicitation document.

• Questions due: 24 June 2026, 1300 EST. Answers to be issued via amendment by 30 June 2026 COB.

• Submission Due Date: Wednesday, 8 July 2026 @ 1300 EST.

• Quotes must be valid through 30 September 2026.

• Evaluation Criteria: Best-value to the Government, considering Price, Characteristics of products, Delivery schedule, and Warranty.

• Type of Set-Aside: None (*Mandatory Source).

• Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required and must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.

• Funds are not presently available; award is contingent on fund availability.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
