Site Visit
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 8, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Central at Building 6 in the War Room. Attendance is limited to three people per contractor. All personnel must complete the attached LCAAP Access Form and be cleared through LCAAP. Forms must be returned to Angelique Dilmore (Angelique.M.Dilmore@usace.army.mil) by March 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST.

- Bond Requirements: A bid bond of 20% of the proposed price or $3,000,000 (whichever is less) is required with the proposal. Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the awarded contract amount will also be required.
