• Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to bid opening. Failure to do so may result in the bid being declared nonresponsive.

• Amended bids or acknowledgements must be submitted using the methods specified in the solicitation. Telephone or email submissions are not acceptable.

This document is a solicitation for the printing of various books and pamphlets. The predominant production function is the printing of books, including desktop publishing, proofing, printing, binding, and shipping to 66 destinations.

• Nine (9) distinct items are to be produced, including flyers, booklets, brochures, and other printed materials.

• Specific details are provided for each item regarding pages, trim size, and description (e.g., full color printing, coatings, binding methods).

• Printing must be via OFFSET printing at a minimum 200 line screen. 4-color items require a minimum 4-color press with one single pass.

• Quality Level 2 must be maintained. Digital printing, direct imaging (toner), and inkjet printing are not acceptable.

• Specific paper stock (JCP Codes) and ink colors (CMYK) are specified.

• Contractor must be able to edit PDF files and provide final production native application files and a "press quality" PDF.

• Proofs are required, including digital color CONTENT proofs and G7 INKJET PROOFS.

• Packing and shipping to 66 locations using the agency's FedEx Account is required.

• This is a fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract.

• The total bid amount is $331,176.00 for a maximum quantity of 9 items.

• Offerors must quote the fixed price and indicate the quantity of copies for that price, plus a cost for additional copies.

• The contract period of performance is not explicitly stated, but delivery is F.O.B. Contractor City on or before July 17, 2026.

• Bids must be emailed to bids@gpo.gov by the bid opening date and time.

• The Jacket number (648-168) and bid opening date (May 4, 2026) must be specified in the subject line.
