• Restrictions: Prohibits identification methods like license plates for federal vehicles and locations near construction that limit access or require keys to be left with an attendant.

• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).

• Period of Performance: One (1) base year and three (3) one-year option periods, spanning from June 4, 2026, to June 3, 2030.
