  • Lease Terms: Must utilize the Government Lease, allowing military services to use the space beyond normal working hours, weekends, and holidays, including utilities.
  • Location Compatibility: Facilities must be in areas compatible with military recruiting, avoiding proximity to sexually oriented businesses, bars, liquor stores, smoke shops, marijuana dispensaries, or businesses producing injurious odors.
  • Mass Transit: Adequate mass transit within three walking blocks is highly desired.
