Scope of Work

Specific furniture items, configurations, and material selections are detailed in Attachment 1 (Furniture Requirements - Item List-Drawing). The scope includes maintaining a clean work site, daily debris removal, and final sweep/vacuum.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) is anticipated.
- Period of Performance: Delivery and installation are required no later than 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO). This 90-day period includes both furniture procurement and installation.

Special Requirements & Clarifications
- Brand Name Only: All furniture items must be JSI brand, exactly as specified in Attachment 1. Contractors can use authorized JSI resellers.
- Site Visit: An optional site visit was held on March 13, 2026. Contractors are responsible for verifying measurements and conditions pre-bid.
- Security: Work areas are secure/sensitive; cell phones and electronic devices are prohibited. Contractor personnel require LEADS background checks, must wear identification badges, and will be escorted within the building.
- Delivery Logistics: Delivery requires 48-hour advance coordination. A freight elevator is available. No onsite storage is permitted; delivery and installation must occur simultaneously. Standard box trucks are accommodated, and vehicle passes are required. All packaging materials must be removed from the site; no onsite disposal.
- Personnel Limit: No more than 8 contractor personnel are allowed onsite during installation.
- Labor Rates: Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) or Service Contract Act (SCA) do not apply.
