Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a complete SF 1449 and attached documents exclusively to KTMContracts@state.gov by July 20, 2026, 1700 hrs local time. The email subject line must include the solicitation/RFQ number and description.
Key submission requirements include:
- A fabric sample of the quoted item.
- Evidence of delivery capability and details on logistics, transportation, packaging, and delivery schedules.
- Information on custom clearing agents and evidence of at least five similar work performances (if custom clearing is required).
