Evaluation & Requirements
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. This is a Brand Name requirement. Offerors must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming their status as an authorized reseller or distributor. Quotations without this documentation may not be considered. Offerors are encouraged to submit pricing data for analysis. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
