Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted via email as a single file (Word or PDF). Award will be made to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov or meet FAR 52.204-90 requirements and provide an NCAGE code. Required submissions include a work plan, equipment/supply identification, parts list, statements on laboratory analysis and waste disposal, proof of insurance or intent, and a copy of OEM authorized certification for maintenance.

Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient, and directly responsive to the RFQ. Any deviations, exceptions, or conditional assumptions must be identified and explained. The Embassy reserves the right to cancel the RFQ without making an award.
