Deliveries include installation and inside delivery to the FDA facility in Silver Spring, MD. Tanks must have functional digital gauges, be filled to at least 90% capacity, and be free from damage or leaks. The contractor must coordinate deliveries at least two business days in advance, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding Federal holidays, and remove empty cylinders upon delivery. Compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) accessibility is required.
