  • Supply and installation of LPG tanks for 45 locations (33 Contractor-owned, 12 Government-owned).
  • Delivery of LPG to both Contractor and Government-owned tanks, with usage measured by inline metering equipment.
  • Installation, maintenance, calibration, and reading of all metering equipment at Contractor expense.
  • Repairs, replacements, or corrections for Contractor-owned tanks, metering equipment, and vaporizers at no additional cost to the Government.
  • Coordination of tank and meter activities with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and NAVFAC Hawaii Inspection Branch.
  • Obtaining base access and DBIDS credentials for personnel working on JBPHH.

It should include company name, address, business size, CAGE code, DUNS, current Facility Clearance Level, NAICS codes, point-of-contact information, and confirmation of active SAM registration. Sales brochures, marketing materials, teaming partner information, and cost/price information are not solicited and will not be reviewed. No phone or email inquiries related to the PWS will be accepted other than formal submission responses.
