  • Managed IP Voice Services: Provision of an IP voice platform, 42 ISDN-PRI trunks, porting and management of 53,000 Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers, E911 services, Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) capability, and standard maintenance.
  • Ancillary Services: Maintain one DSO Transport Channel, provide special service routing for 35 DID numbers, and provision data services for the 88th Communications Squadron (88CS).
  • Installation & Cutover: Site survey, engineering, project management, and physical installation of equipment. Installation, cutover, and demarcation for primary (Bldg 10262) and secondary (Bldg 20015) sites are requested to be completed by November 12, 2026.
  • Service Features: Full telephone number portability, Caller-ID sanitization to "Wright-Patterson AFB" or "US Government", DID/DOD, call blocking, toll-free access, and automatic trunk group routing. E911 services must include overflow routing to the Fairborn Police and Fire Department.
