Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide commercial lodging facilities for the Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) in compliance with Department of Defense Lodging Adequacy Standards.

• Provide lodging in Anchorage, Alaska, from May 28, 2026, to June 10, 2026.

• Accommodate approximately 35 personnel requiring 13 nights of lodging.

• Specific room needs include 18 non-smoking double occupancy rooms (min two double beds) and 0 non-smoking single occupancy rooms (one double/queen/king) per night. Smoking rooms are permissible only when specifically requested.

• Lodging must conform to applicable industry standards, state and federal health regulations, environmental regulations, and military regulations and bulletins.

• Any lodging not meeting standards must be corrected by the Contractor within 24 hours at no cost to the Government.

• Rooms must be thoroughly cleaned, with linens changed every 7 days and between guest stays. Linens, blankets, and towels must be clean, freshly laundered, and in good repair.

• Daily custodial services include room cleaning, bed making, linen change, providing sanitized drinking glasses, and replenishing facial tissue.
