This combined synopsis/solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive lodging and meal services. Key requirements include:

  • Lodging: Approximately 27 hotel rooms (25 double, 2 single) for 14 nights (May 30 - June 13, 2026). Hotels must be within 30 miles of TASMG, 5250 W Depot RD, Springfield, MO. Rooms must have doors opening to a finished area, and the hotel must offer on-site parking, free wireless internet, and washers/dryers. The ability to adjust room quantity without penalty until May 18, 2026, is required.
  • Meeting Room: A large meeting room suitable for approximately 51 soldiers for business, training, and meal service.
  • Meals: Daily provision of hot breakfast (6:00-7:00 am), lunch (11:00 am-12:00 pm), and dinner (5:00-6:00 pm). Meals are to be buffet-style, prepared and delivered, with contractor personnel assisting in setup. The contractor is responsible for all serving supplies, disposable dinnerware, and equipment for preparation, storage, and heating/cooling. Food safety standards, including temperature maintenance (hot items at 135°F+, cold items at 41°F-), must be strictly adhered to, in compliance with Army TB Med 530, Tri Service Food Code, and local Missouri Food Codes. Lunch (except weekends) will be at Missouri ARNG AVCRAD, Springfield, MO; dinner and weekend lunch will be at the lodging location. Detailed menus are provided as an attachment.
