To procure lodging, hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for B Co, 834th ASB during their annual training in Springfield, MO, from May 30 to June 13, 2026.

• Lodging: Approximately 27 hotel rooms (25 double, 2 single) for 14 nights. Hotel must be within 30 miles of TASMG. Rooms must have doors opening to a finished area. Ability to adjust room quantity without penalty is required. On-site parking and washers/dryers are needed. Free wireless internet is mandatory.

• Meeting Room: A large meeting room for approximately 51 soldiers, suitable for business and training, including meal service.
