The contractor will provide:

  • Lodging: Approximately 27 rooms (25 double, 2 single) for 14 nights, from May 30 to June 13, 2026. Hotels must be within 30 miles of TASMG, Springfield, MO, with rooms opening to a finished area (no motel-style). On-site parking, operable washers/dryers, and free wireless internet are required. Soldiers must retain the same room for the duration.
  • Meeting Room: A large meeting room suitable for business, training, and dining for approximately 51 soldiers.
  • Meals: Daily hot breakfast (6:00-7:00 AM), lunch, and dinner for approximately 54 soldiers, from May 30 to June 13, 2026. Meals are to be buffet-style, prepared and delivered, with contractor personnel assisting in setup. Contractor is responsible for all serving supplies, disposable dinnerware, and equipment for preparation, storage, and heating/cooling. Food safety standards (hot items ≥ 135°F, cold items ≤ 41°F) must be maintained. Lunch (except weekends) will be at Missouri ARNG AVCRAD, and dinner/weekend lunch at the lodging location.

Submission & Evaluation

  • Closing Response Date: April 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT.
  • Submission: Emailed quotes are preferred. Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
