Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) must be provided three times daily for up to 130 members in accordance with Army Regulation 30-22, with accommodation for special dietary restrictions. Special Requirements & Notes
This is a non-personal services contract. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and utilize Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for payment requests. Pricing cannot exceed GSA per diem rates for lodging and meals. The government reserves the right to cancel reservations up to 48 hours prior to the start date and may conduct a site visit before award. Rooms must be non-smoking, free of pests/mold, and have sanitary bathrooms, refrigerated air conditioning, and adequate heating.
