  • Planning & Execution: Assisting with conference planning and execution, monitoring progress, and addressing issues.

  • Qualified personnel in labor categories: Program Manager, Senior Meeting Planner/Event Facilitator, Event Planner, Meeting Registrar/Admin Support Specialist.

  • Description of how the company would accommodate uncertain meeting/conference numbers and expectations from FTA.
  • Discussion of any perceived gaps in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) or areas needing greater detail for a future Request for Proposal.
  • Company's legal name, NAICS code, CAGE code, and business size under the NAICS code.
