Scope of Work
This BOA will establish a framework for future task orders covering the safe, compliant, and cost-effective management of excessed or unwanted radioactive materials worldwide. The scope includes six tiers of services:
- Tier 1: LLRW packaging, shipping, and disposal.
- Tier 2: Low-Level Mixed Waste (LLMW) packaging, shipping, and disposal, including hazardous materials.
- Tier 3: Decommissioning Support, such as radiological surveys.
- Tier 4: Site Disposal Operations, involving long-term mobilization for remediation projects.
- Tier 5: Technical Radiation Protection, Not Otherwise Specified (NOS).
- Tier 6: Emergency Response for incidents involving Department of War radioactive materials. Performance locations will be project-specific and worldwide (CONUS and OCONUS). Task orders will be firm-fixed price.
