Submission Requirements
Interested Small Businesses should provide information on their current supply meeting SCS specifications or their capability (personnel, facilities, resources, technology, expertise). Required information includes:
- Company name, address, primary contact(s), email, website
- Business size for NAICS 334511 (PSC 2090) and socioeconomic status
- Company CAGE Code
- Estimate delivery lead times, equipment origin, warranty information Submissions shall not exceed 20 pages (DOC/PDF) and 7.5 GB.
Accessing CUI Specifications
To receive the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) marked SCS specifications, parties must email NAVSEA contract specialist Danielle Fennelly (danielle.p.fennelly.civ@us.navy.mil) and contracting officer William Jee (william.j.jee.civ@us.navy.mil) with their company name and CAGE Code. The Navy will vet the company and, at its discretion, release the SPECS via DOD SAFE.
Submission Method
Submissions must be delivered electronically via encrypted email to Danielle Fennelly and William Jee, or via a coordinated DOD SAFE drop.
