This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Liquid Propane Gas Fueled Enclosed Stationary Generator. The generator must be new and not refurbished, used, or counterfeit. The acquisition is a Commercial Product.

  • cUL/UL 2200 listed, CSA certified

• Engine Specifications:

  • 1500 watt, 120-volt AC coolant heater
  • Liquid-cooled engine with radiator
  • Liquid-propane gas powered
  • Fuel system includes fuel mixer, electronic secondary gas regulator, two gas solenoid valves, and flexible fuel line.
  • Dry type air cleaner and exhaust systems
  • Electronic ignition and governor
  • 12-volt DC negative ground starting and charging systems
  • Battery, 120-volt AC battery charger, and necessary battery cabling
  • Shutdowns for overspeed, over crank, loss of speed signal, high engine coolant temperature, low engine oil pressure.

  • Sound level not to exceed 65 dB at 25 feet
  • Vibration isolation
  • GFCI 120-volt AC service outlet
  • Module for at least two inputs and five outputs.

• Dimensions: Not to exceed Length: 100 inches, Width: 48 inches, Height: 48 inches, Weight: 2,000 pounds.

• Manuals: Provide paper copy of operator's installation and maintenance manuals.

• Warranty: Industry Standard (prefer 5-year) warranty on all components (parts, labor, travel).

To be considered technically acceptable, offerors must provide a Full and Detailed Technical Specification Sheet, including Brand name and Warranty Length, and a picture of the generator. Failure to provide this may result in the quote being deemed non-responsive.
