Key Requirements & Compliance
Contractors must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP). Response times for service calls are 24 hours by telephone/email and 72 hours on-site if required. All personnel must adhere to strict security protocols for installation access, including criminal history checks, Entry Authority List (EAL) submission, and Antiterrorism Awareness training. Contractors are responsible for the cost of urgent medical care for their employees injured on duty at JBMDL. Wage rates must comply with the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act.
