Scope of Work
The anticipated requirement includes the custom fabrication and installation of a Government-furnished generator (Model S10020T4, 1,169 lbs) into a Large Test Vehicle (LTV). Key tasks include:
- Fabrication & Installation: Design and install a heavy-duty slide-out shelf (supporting min 1,462 lbs, 100% extension, locking mechanisms) and a weather-resistant enclosure (IP66 rated, hinged door) for the generator.
- Vehicle Modification: Modify and expand the existing LTV cubby (currently 31" W x 31 1/2" H x 54 1/2" L) to accommodate the new generator (28.77" H x 24.50" W x 58.18" L).
- Integration: Properly route, secure, and protect all wiring, fuel, and exhaust lines. Install the generator according to OEM manuals.
- Testing: Perform a 60-minute operational test under a 75% simulated load.
- Logistics: Pick up and return the LTV, and return the old generator and unused parts to the 746th Test Squadron.
- General Requirements: Provide a minimum one-year warranty, match existing vehicle paint/finish, and supply operational/maintenance manuals.

Period & Place of Performance
- Phase 1 (Off-Site Fabrication & Preparation): To be completed no later than 45 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO) at the contractor's facility.
- Phase 2 (On-Site Installation & Delivery): To be completed no later than 30 Days After Receipt of Vehicle. This phase can occur at the contractor's facility or optionally on-site at Holloman AFB, New Mexico. Contractor personnel require base access vetting for Holloman AFB.
