Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI seeks to conduct market research for enterprise-level visual collaboration and diagramming solutions that can be deployed on-premises within a Government security-compliant environment. The Government is assessing commercially available alternatives to Lucidchart Gov to support Platform One (P1) mission requirements. The goal is to identify industry capabilities and potential solutions for collaborative diagramming, workflow visualization, process standardization, systems architecture diagramming, and customer experience design.

Respondents are asked to provide detailed information on:

• Company information (legal name, UEI, CAGE Code, business size)
• Enterprise diagramming and process mapping capabilities
• Confirmation of full on-premises deployment support
• On-premises deployment architecture and infrastructure requirements
• Data ownership, storage, and retention controls
• Role-based access control (RBAC), SSO/SAML, and authentication
• Audit logging and activity traceability
• Native integrations (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
• Collaboration capabilities for internal-only or enclave-based environments
