Presolicitation / Notice of Intent

This is a presolicitation synopsis for a non-competitive (Notice of Intent) award. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a contract or purchase order for the Luminex™ xMAP™ INTELLIFLEX System without full and open competition. The Laboratory of Endocrinology & Receptor Biology at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) requires this system to replace a nonfunctional, outdated, and unsupported Bio-Plex MAGPIX multiplate reader. The new system is essential for accurate, reproducible, and sensitive multiplexed measurement of thyroid and pituitary hormones, which is critical for ongoing endocrine research.
