- Ticketing: Managing tour ticket sales (Dam Tour, Power Plant Tour, Self-guided Exhibit) for a high-volume tourist destination (approx. 500,000 tickets/year, $9M revenue). This includes full-service Point of Sale (POS) for online, in-person, off-site, and advance sales, revenue management, daily electronic reporting, and visitor experience enhancements.
- Parking: Operating parking facilities (Hoover Dam Parking Garage, Parking Lot 9) including fee collection, traffic management, and real-time space availability (approx. 400,000 tickets/year, $2.9M revenue).
- Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) Collection: Operating an integrated system for Visitor Center Admission, tour tickets, parking, and overflow lots, including CUA permit management and fee collection.
- Financial Management: Daily collection, deposit, and reporting of fees in accordance with federal regulations.
- Website Development: Developing and maintaining a website for online sales and special event/use fees.
