  • Parking: Operating parking facilities (Hoover Dam Parking Garage, Parking Lot 9) including fee collection, traffic management, and real-time space availability (approx. 400,000 tickets/year, $2.9M revenue).
  • Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) Collection: Operating an integrated system for Visitor Center Admission, tour tickets, parking, and overflow lots, including CUA permit management and fee collection.
  • Financial Management: Daily collection, deposit, and reporting of fees in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Website Development: Developing and maintaining a website for online sales and special event/use fees.
