Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive parking attendant services, including issuing claim checks, securing and parking vehicles, retrieving vehicles, and directing traffic within designated areas. Additionally, the contractor must provide shuttle transportation for Veterans. Services are required at:
- Fayetteville Health Care Center (HCC): Approximately 170 patient vehicles daily. Requires two contractor-owned and maintained shuttle carts for continuous operation during business hours.
- Fayetteville VA Medical Center: Approximately 100 patient vehicles daily. Requires two contractor-owned and maintained shuttle carts operating in a continuous loop.
- Wilmington Health Care Center: Approximately 75 patient vehicles daily. Requires one contractor-owned and maintained shuttle cart operating in a continuous loop.
All shuttle drivers must courteously greet passengers. The contractor is responsible for all shuttle maintenance and safe operation.
Hours of Operation
Services will be provided Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. Peak patient flow periods are typically 7:30-9:00 a.m. and 12:00-2:00 p.m. Limited service may be required for special events on Federal holidays.
