Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for Valet/Parking Services for the Providence, RI VA Medical Center. The objective is to alleviate parking problems experienced by Veteran patients and visitors due to the distance from parking lots to the main hospital, thereby increasing patient and guest satisfaction. The services will be provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

• Provide valet and parking services for veteran patients and visitors.

• Operate from the hospital main entrance driveway.

• Park vehicles, secure keys, and direct vehicles.

• Manage parking control and monitor designated parking areas.

• Screen employees, volunteers, and vendors from using parking services.

• Notify VA Police of any emergencies or assistance needed.

• Implement a proposed plan for operations within 30 days of award.

• Provide a Project Manager and On-Site Supervisor.

• Ensure all parking staff comply with alcohol and drug-free workplace policy and undergo random testing.

• Contractor personnel must undergo background investigations.
