This amendment to Request for Proposal (RFP) 70B06C26Q00000082 makes the following changes:

• Incorporates Revised Statement of Work (SOW): A revised SOW dated 04/27/2026 is now included.

• Revises Section III.10 Addendum to 52.212-1: This section, "Instructions to Offerors," has been updated. Specifically, the revision eliminates the "Frangible Ammunition Compatibility Testing" requirements previously found under Part D.

• The response date and time for proposals remain unchanged.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the procurement of M4-Style AR platform rifles, replacement parts, accessories, and armorer training for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

• Procurement of complete M4-Style AR platform rifles chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, including various configurations.

• Provision of all associated parts and accessories, available as individual contract line items.

• Comprehensive schedule of supplies detailing all parts comprising each complete rifle.

• Inclusion of armorer training to ensure OEM Armorer Certification.

• Provision of administrative and logistical support, including customer service, shipping (FOB destination), and invoicing.

• All parts and assemblies must be interchangeable with MILSPEC M4 Style AR platform rifles.

• Compliance with Military Specifications (MILSPEC) for design, material, manufacturing, and performance.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a five-year ordering period.
