Evaluation

Award will be based on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Evaluation factors include Technical (Production Capability, Quality System, Program Management Plan, Delivery Schedule), Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance will be rated as Acceptable/Unacceptable. Proposals must remain valid for 60 days after receipt of final proposals.

Key Specifications & Government Furnished Property (GFP)

Bidders must adhere to various military specifications, including MIL-A-2550B (Ammunition, General Specification), MIL-E-81111B (Explosive, Plastic-Bonded Molding Powder PBXN-5), and DTL EA-B-1337A w/Amendment 4 (Booster Lead Assembly). The government will provide specific GFP items, including Retainer, Propellant delay cartridge; M82 Delay Housing; M82 Burster Housing; and M82 Threaded Retainer, with details provided in Attachment 0002.
