Evaluation
Award will be based on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Evaluation factors include Technical (Production Capability, Quality System, Program Management Plan, Delivery Schedule), Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance will be rated as Acceptable/Unacceptable. Proposals must remain valid for 60 days after receipt of final proposals.
