Place of Performance
Work for 33HS and 64PB vessels will be performed at the Contractor's facility. Work for 78PB vessels will be accomplished at U.S. Navy moorings at Naval Base Kitsap, Keyport Bangor (KB) Docks.
Key Requirements
Contractors must provide all materials (except Government Furnished Property/Services), ensuring they are new and meet quality standards, prohibiting asbestos, PCB, magnesium, cadmium, or mercury. Compliance with environmental and hazardous waste management regulations is mandatory. The contractor is responsible for an Inspection and Quality Control System. Electronics system training for 11 students is also required. All offerors must be registered in SAM.
