Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To ensure the inspection, maintenance, and exchange of fire extinguishers occur in accordance with host nation and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) regulations.

• Provide one-for-one (1:1) exchange of fire extinguishers from a mobile store.

• Perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and exchange of all fire extinguishers.

• Manage the disposal of unusable extinguishers and parts.

• Conduct hydrostatic testing of CO2 fire extinguishers, including recharging and valve replacement.

• Provide operating instruction labels, inspection tags, and service labels in English and German.

• Perform annual maintenance and inspection of fire extinguishers.

• Maintain fire extinguishers located in Army Family Housing (AFH) stairwells.
