Scope of Work
The requirement encompasses comprehensive database administration and system support for the MRO solution, which utilizes Oracle eBS to support organic depot maintenance. Key services include:
- Sustainment and Modification: Software maintenance, system design and development, performance monitoring, database design and development, test and evaluation, training, integration, and migration.
- Operational Support: Risk management, configuration management, Section 508 compliance, documentation updates, helpdesk support/diagnostics, and production support.
- Technical Expertise: Providing technical direction for MRO solution component integration, supporting architecture, design, installation, configuration, and operations of the MRO software. Maintaining multiple instances of Oracle eBS R12.2.X/Oracle Fusion or later, including Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
- Database Administration: Performing database and application administration per Oracle best practices, including security implementation, STIG compliance, performance tuning, user account management, troubleshooting, automation, patching, and upgrades.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Contractor personnel must meet DoD Manual 8140.03 requirements (Cybersecurity Baseline Certification, Background Investigation) and possess a minimum of seven years of Oracle eBS R12.2.X/Oracle Fusion DBA experience (or four years of PEO/BES eBS DBA experience). Required experience includes Oracle RDBMS, RAC, cloud offerings, Multi-Tenant Container databases, Oracle-Engineered infrastructure (Exadata, PCA), cloud-based Oracle eBS administration, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Work is to be performed at a Government-approved facility in the Dayton, OH area or remotely, with 24/7 Tier-1 support required.
